Old Style Shocker Cycle Rate?

Hey,
Just wondering if anyone knew how to adjust the cycle speed of the old shockers, the ones with dials rather than switches?

Max is 11.25, dont mess with the timing cos it will have you in tears.

I was more on about turning it down lol, so the chamber stays open for longer. Oh well it doesn't matter, I'll just have to upgrade hopper...
