That would be a PBX 03 viking. Very few of them about, but that makes no difference unless you're selling it in the US as it wont fetch anymore of a premium over here.

In all honesty, do not worry about a donation, just make sure you follow the instructions in the box. The guys at evil/PMI were hugely helpful. As for postage, I will post out thursday morning and I suspect that P&P for both will be about £10 or so. PM your details over, as I live in the arse end of norfolk
