old Air or CO2 tanks

as per the title, i am looking for 2 old matching size tanks steal's.

i know forum rules say tanks must be tested and in date but. i all not be using them for air or co2 so the dates dont really matter to me and out of date would be better as it will be cheaper .
also i dont need regs

the tanks are to be used for catch tanks will will have 0psi in them.
