This is the official UK Scenario Calendar for 2011.
To add your event, please post in this thread ( http://www.ukscenario.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=17742 )detailing the date, name of the event and location and we'll immediately update the calendar to include your event.
There was criticism of last years calendar because it was impossible to differentiate between different types of event. A game of 1500 players was listed next to a game of 60 players. It was clear the calendar needed to be easy to read at a glance but also differentiate between events.
After consultation, it was decided that events that lasted for two days, had in excess of 300 players, multiple traders and were organised by a team or person with a proven track record of organising large events - these events would be called Big Game Festivals. Big Game Festivals would be written in big letters on the calendar to differentiate them from other others - makes sense.
Currently, five different event organisers have their events in that category for 2011.
There are already four different scenario calendars for 2011, each of which has different information. Therefore, from a forum point of view, we're going to adopt use just one calendar. As with last year, this thread will be kept clean for event organisers to post in the details of their event so that it can be added to the calendar.
