personally i think pbreview is a joke, everyone just rates whatever they have 10 outta ten unless it completely falls apart
as for the marker i'm sure the members on here will give you their educated opinions, personally i'm not a fan of shockers. Matrixes are the kings of spools for me haha

better bolt kit as stock, also has an advantage in that the o-rings are easier to replace on the bolt bumper
uses screws rather than pins to hold the trigger and board in position rather than pins.
Nearly everything is swappable between either model so parts are in abundance. I stuck with the SFT as for the amount of playing I do it wasn't worth shelling out the cash for basicallythe same gat (plus the hybrid SFT is so much better than any other shocker)

The SFT has a bounce beam eye. It works great with good paint or with a better board than the stock the settings allow for better ball reading (soto speak).
The NXT could be considered the S Droptop version of the SFT, it does have some better features such as better trigger, frame, Breakbeam eyes, ION threads but it is still very similar to the SFT and I have always favoured the SFT. Its got more soul. In addition the 05/06 sft shocker have the Hump solinoid which is considered superior by many, me being one of them.
