It's the only place to find out whats REALLY going on, as NTL customer service peeps spend all day sitting 'round on ther elbows..

And...seeing as all NTL services use BT plant, including ADSL..if you get a fault, you will have to wait till they have X amount of faults in your area, before they report it to BT, who will then come and fix it!!!
Of course, its only the ADSL connection, not the ISP, that BT supplies.
