i had the same problem.

DYE replaced it for free

(unless you split it whilst dismantling the hyper3 reg, in which case DYE will make you pay for a new one).

Cheers mate, did you just email them as I may drop them a line. Did you send your old one in (as ill have to dig it out of the bin grrr)
