NSPL Round 9 and 10

Roll up! Roll up! You have just two chances left for some NSPL action for the remainder of 2007. Round nine is the last South West regional event of the season and will be followed by the last South East regional event a week later. These two events will decide the fate of every team in the league with promotions, relegations and thousands of pounds worth of prizes all at stake.

ROUND NINE - 21st Oct

Round Nine will be held on the 21st October at UCZ Paintball Park in Devon. Make a weekend of it as the venue is just ten miles away from the party town of Torquay and in the heart of family holiday territory. There are camp sites, hotels, B&Bs and all-sorts of activities in the immediate area. Combine all that with some excellent competitive paintball and you've really no excuse to stay away.

We will be running two fields at the event, one full sized Millennium grassed field and one slightly smaller wood chip field which promotes aggressive exciting play. The field plan for the Millennium field will be the Paris D7s/M5 layout once again. No field plan will be released for the second field, but the field will be available for your inspection Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

As usual, we will be providing all the expected NSPL facilities and spectators are most welcome.

It's early days at the moment, but there are plenty of other teams expected to play and we have a maximum capacity of 20 teams, so please book in early to avoid any dissapointment.

ROUND TEN - 28th Oct

The final showdown of the year. We return to Dartford on the 28th of October, doing a full circle to finish of the 2007 season as we started it back in March and we are expecting a full house once again at the ever-popular D7s venue.

Please get your team signed up as soon as possible by visiting www.nspl.co.uk and clicking on Fixtures, scrolling down to Round 10 and selecting "More Info" or "Book In". Alternatively, you can call us on 0845 370 3 666 to book in over the phone.

Those teams with rolling deposits are welcome to post up here to confirm their attendance.

The UK Preds spot for round ten has now been passed over to Stealers Am. Basically, the UK Preds were short of players and the Stealers guys were helping Twizz out, but to stay within the guesting rules the team has to play as Stealers Am in Div 1.

Thanks to Twizz and the Stealers guys for their honesty... I'm sure this development will add even more spice to an already hotly contended Division 1 for the final NSPL round of 2007.
