NSPL Footwear Rules?

Hi ive been told Ashford is a little soggy and im just woundering if the NSPL has any rules on footwear e.g. running spikes, footie boots, ect..

Warren usually doesn't like metal studded football boots, but I believe plastic ones are fine.

I think I'm gonna wear hiking boots - keeps my socks dry - lol
