Nppl Rings

I'm assuming they say
nppl 20 03 champions
with the 20 on the left (nearest camera) and the 03 on the right.
Rather than what it looks like to me, which is (if you read it round) "NO CHAMPIONS" (the 20 looking like NO when it's rotated).
There's a ring designer somewhere that wasn't fully awake that day...
