I heard Raehl made an impression. I also heard that it will remain two-flag. Untucked shirts are NOT a rules violation. And that's all I can remember my boy telling me.

Do you think that would stop him from throwing his two cents into an open (or semi-open) forum? :D

On topic - So does this mean I won't have to badger players about tucking in their jerseys next year? I hope so - I hated enforcing that dang rule...

Anyone know if the dates/cities for next year was discussed?

You all play center flag in 7-man? Raehl, along with all the other non-players were in favor of it, but they were out numbered by the player reps.

From what I heard it was never a rule on paper, but for some reason it was enforced as if it were, and no one would overrule it.

Again, I wasn't there, but I figured until someone comes on here that was, I'll tell you what I heard. ;)

Camille's been pretty good about doing press releases and online announcements this year. Hopefully they'll do one for this. I'm sure they know there's a lot of people who want to know.

Would like to know

Not only players in the NPPL would like to know but also we in Australia have several teams looking at traveling and playing OS as would any other paintball playing country out there.

Dates

Posted by Raehl on another forum:

March 19-21 - Huntington Beach
May 21-23 - Tampa (Buccaneer's Stadium property?)
July - Chicago/NY/Denver?
September - Vegas?
November - Miami

March is locked, May I believe is, July and September are being finalized and precise location for Miami isn't decided yet either.

I think NPPL is hoping to have everything nailed down in the next couple weeks, holidays permitting.

(end of quote)
Two events in Florida seems a little much. I know there's a big baller population in FLA and the weather's nice, but it seems a little redundant.

Where the July and September events are located should be interesting - and whether they stiff the northeast or the midwest :p
