noughty dogs/alias timmy problem

i have a problem with my nd timmy i shot off a few hoppers of paint today setting up and it stopped firing!!!!!! I have taken it apart and tested everything the solonoid clicks but doesn't switch air from the front to the back of the ram. If you press the manual fire pin on the solonoid it cycles!!?? It seems as if the noid doesn't have enough power to switch the air valve. has anyone else had this problem? Does it sound like its the board not letting enough power through to the noid or the noid is the problem? I need to sort this before round 8 mm as i need it for then and munky isn't going to be a phoenix this saturday can anyone help?

As matt said check your eyes a few have done this, in forced mode the eye missaligns and doesn't seem to work (ie will fire then stop then work etc - I have put a small bit of foam behind mine to stop this. (put it in dry fire does it work?)

Secondly are the screws in you trigger tight, they do have a tendancy to vibrate in/out and either stop it hitting the switch or pressing it constantly which is why I set up and locktight in place - best setup with side panel off so you can see the switch

I hate to say it....but maybe your noid has died...

it doesn't work in any fire mode. the noid clicks but doesnt pass air. the board seems to work. i need to test another board on it so i can rule that out. munky will you be at pheonix nest saturday or in the week? i need this marker for the next mm so can't really send it away as it might not get back in time!!! all the wires are fine and not trapped i have taken it all out of the frame to check.

fatbeerboy unfortunatelly im not gonna be in the shop for a few weeks now, weekend off then a run of 2 day tourneys.

The only other thing I can suggest is you take a run up to planet and see if nicky-t can take a look at it during the week?
