Why next year? What's wrong with 2012?

Some are coming out of uni or returning from other countries. Then some are currently in the army and return later this year. There are a couple of us who are game to start earlier. I'm planning on attending a few events even just as a spectator to get a handle on what's going on within the industry.
We're hoping to return with better organisation.
