Not using oil on air system fill nipple

Hi,

I know you shouldn't use oil on a fill nipple as it can vapourise and catch fire inside the tank etc.

However, I remember a thread about it on here (or pbnation?) with pictures/story about a player who had it happen. I can't find it on here, searched lots before you ask

So any links to it again would be most grateful.
