Ok, the hole mechanicel bounce test is not that important if ramping is allowed.

That should not be a hard question to answer for the Millenium, so here goes: will ramping markers be allowed in Bitburg, will there be conducted test to expose ramping markers.

You will never get a MS person to confirm this. The rules say that the ramp will not be allowed. However there is no check for it, so if you have ramping, noone will be able to check for it, and as such there will be no punishment for it. NOWHERE IN THE RULES DOES IT SAY THERE IS A TEST FOR RAMPING. Put two and two together........

Whats so hard to undestand?

Sam,

I may be a bit stupid here and I also hear what you say about the rules being sufficently dubious to enable players to get around the question of 'ramping' but be honest m8 if the chrono judge applies the test for 'run-away triggers' hes gonna know the marker is ramping! He won't need any high-tech device to tell him, he just pulls the trigger, reaches 5bps and away it goes!

The MS rules have stated 'No Ramping' but does not state that there will be an actual test for this but correct me if I'm wrong, was there a test last year?, was 'Ramping' allowed? did it state anywhere in the rules?

Just playing 'devils advocate' here as I beleive there are gonna be a lot of pissed of players in Germany.

Do the rules say those will be the ONLY tests performed, or just the STANDARD tests performed?

My bet is it's the latter. They want chrono judges to go through a routine to check for safety, and if they have problems with cehats they'll address the suspect markers in particular.

The MS software on my Ego shoots at 15bps as soon as i reach 3 bps. As soon as you stop pulling the trigger it stops firing.

Am getting sick of saying the same thing again and again. You will not get penalised if you have a ramping gun, maybe saying it was allowed was not the way to phrase it....but if you have a ramping gun nothing wil happen to you because there is no test for it, and there are no robots to prove it.

If you want a ramping gun, then have one. If not, then dont. Everyone else will though
