not happy with my halo

my halo has gone man down just got it and had to send it back to were i got it from. shame i wont be useing it for my 1st walk on at the weekend. just hope its ready and sent back to me in good time for my 2nd walk on 29th july

its brand new mate put the battery’s in it and nothing. when I checked it the red wire looked crushed. i took it to a mate and he said straight away that it was the wire. I phoned the guy were I got it from. he has been top and said send it back we will sort it out. its just a shame not using it this Sunday
