Noob Team Captains

My friends and I just started a new team. WE are called Silent Invasion. They elected me the team captain since i usually am good at tactics and have the most experience. On the other hand, im not experienced as a captain. Could you guys give me any advice, I can offer some, but i could use a veteran to help me. Thanx

Practice makes perfect! Get regular team practices going so that you all know and get on with each otehr, as well as play together as a team well.

yeah, and make sure that as team captain, only you have access to it.

I'm sure there's gotta be summat in the classroom section of this site to help you. If not, there should be, and so we'll sort it out.

Agree which events you are going to play during the season and get commitment from the team to play them.
Too many teams wait until the week before an event and are surprised that nobody can play because they've got other plans.

Make sure you take people with you so they can fill or hoper and air ot mics stuff it saves ya alot of time and effort. So you can talk to your team about what to do and let the people fill your co2 and paint...

Have a reluiable team you don't want somebody if your a front player who can't shoot a brick wall for a back

Sort out game plans with the whole team and make sure everyone is aware that they have specific jobs to do. Do as many training sessions as you can, work on snapping, lanes etc and communication, that is the main thing lacking in most teams.
During training show your team constructive critism, dont insult people by constantly telling them what they are doing wrong.
Most importantly make sure that ALL the team want to achieve the same things in paintball and have fun
