Non- vision to vision - HELP!

After some advice about impies.
Seen a few second hand impies knocking around and fancied buying one to build my own custom gun.

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to convert a non-vision impulse to vision? Do the bodies have the vision holes in and just plugged or do they need drilling?

Can any impy be converted to vision, or are the older ones non upgradable?

Any help would be much appreciated.

i think impys before the number 2500 cannot be drilled as the ADB is in the wrong place. the newer impy's can be drilled to allow for vision

The fairly new 2k2 impies are already drilled for vision

Don't buy a Vision Board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For a bit less money you will be able to buy a WAS board with eyes and covers for the impulse in a matter of months. After that vision will be worthless. Just don't waste your prefectly good money.

as far as i know it is an absolute pain in the ass to find anyone that will drill a body for you, your better off getting one that is vision ready
