Non standard reg on impulse

hey all, i was wondering, if i wanted to fit a different reg to my impy (not an inline though) other than the stock max flo, is it possible? the fittings look a bit different to what ive seen on other markers... or am i just being foolish and they can be taken off?

yes the regs can be removed, its just a thread and a o ring at the joint.

any SP reg will fit as they are the same threads.

It depends what you want to go for buddy. Everyone go's on about how good the CP regs are, I've got a Dust Red one of these on a strange impulse:
