Would I be able to use a Ninja Paintball Tank in the UK? Not sure about the laws and stamps etc that need to be complied with.

Thanks

Pretty sure the answer is no, as the tanks are manufactured in the USA and meet 'Dot' safety requirements only. For a tank to be legal in the UK it must be 'Pi' tested (will have a pi symbol on the bottle).

The US tanks are DOT approved only - I've asked via email

There are several companies in Europe distributing similar HPA tanks, which do have Pi test stamps. When I asked a few months ago it cost around 90 euro to import a 13ci tank. I didn't bother when I found out the low count from a fill - just 150 to 200 shots.

I spoke to the vendor when at Cup

They mentioned they could be submitting to the Pi testing, however their main market was the US

Guerilla via LIPS would be a suitable alternative

What tank are you looking for? If you are looking for a small little booby tank Lips stock Guerilla tanks which have only just been allowed in. I got one and they are super light nice small reg and keep you tucked in nicely :D

I've heard about the little Guerilla, but I really wanted a 68/45. Do you think there's any chance of getting Guerilla's one over here, it's on their website but you can't buy it.

I spoke with Jon at LIPS early - mid Dec, and they were planning on getting some. So as Dave suggested, give them a call after their Xmas break!
