Well we go from smashing up the likes of avalance and almost having a clean sweep in the prelims,to playing like chumps at a chumps convention in chumps-ville.

Words failed us all, i have never been so upset about losing a good chance of making the finals in my life.We let our selves down sooo much and especially the bald one.


Yes the fields were sooo bad due to the rain,yea the marshalls were bad at times but it was the same for them and they dealt with it better than we did.


All in all we get stronger and stronger and it will happen!!!!

Once again you and the guys have gone out there and done a fantastic job for British/Euro ball in the states, and getting more respect and experience every time you took the field.

Seems every time you play , you get that one step closer to the final four, so, big respect to you all - your time will come!

I had my fingers crossed for you, watching the news boards. It'd be great for the top end Euro teams to reach a par with the yanks - not only for national pride but for the teams starting out to know that you can be the best what ever side of the atlantic your from.

It'll happen, and i'll be cheering for you when it does.

From what I saw on the Evil field, you guys played great. Sucks you didn't make it to the finals, but the improvements you've made to your level and style of play since LA are just phenomenal. Definitely one of my favorite teams to watch and I'm looking forward to big things in the future.

Also a pleasure to judge these guys - clean, fast play, no pro theatrics when I pull an armband.

Now if only they can learn to control their bladders before a game.

Hey Shamu, we liked playing your field too, the judging was well good and at least you could run without getting your feet bogged down in three foot of mud......
Thanks for the comments re the team, they are appreciated...as for the bladders ?


That pic that is linked in the post above is Bowen shoving it in the face of a Ton Ton on the mud field..........we got told by the head judge on tihs field that if and when any player lost his shoe or shoes as they ran for their bunkers, they could carry on to their bunkers and not attract any penalties (generally players being seperated by more than 10 feet from any of their equipment attracts a penalty)...I think that goes to show just how muddy this field was, it was basically unplayable......
But hey, it was the same for both sides
