Next Cocker upgrade?

I've resently got myself a yummy new 04 pro series eclipse cocker and i'm looking for peeps opinions on what upgrade i should get first.

I've narrowed it down to three so here goes:

1) Samuri trigger, heard its far to easy to rip paint with these babys . The down side to this is a lose my matching fade trigger.

2) QEV's. This would mean having the rear fitting of my ram re-tapped . I'm planning to get the full nexus internals kit some time around christmas i hope. Do you reacon its worth getting these now, or waiting?

3) Clamping feed neck, This is prob bottom of the list at the mo since my hopper fits the standard neck nicely anyway.

You opinions on these, or other upgrade you can recommend would be most appreciated

I would say to go for the nexus internals first. I have been lucky enough to shot a basic 2K3 cocker with the only upgrade of the nexus internals and an E-Blade on it and the thing really rocked. I would have done that but I ended up getting a strange shocker because I like the light weight of the shocker over the cockers.

Comments on

Point 2.

• You'll be wasting your money - the internals you have already are the same.
• If you want to see small a performance upgrade just get QEVs and a Magnum .44 ram.

Point 3.

• Unless they've changed it, 04 Pro series have fixed feednecks. So in order to upgrade this you will need to have your body machined which will cost lots.

The feed neck has a screw on feed tube which can be replaced by a clamping screw on feed tube.

Also the pro series has an STO ram instead of the nexus ram, and orracle internals not nexus internals (unless im mistaken which i don't think i am). The only thing the pro series has which the nexus internals kit comes with is the eclipse DART bolt.

Edd m8 if you cant afford the full NeXus internals at the mo i wld deffinatly get the Samarui trigger, they rip m8, dont worry about the fade cos your fingers are gonna be over it most the time any way, they are a sweet trigger and truly R.I.P.P

I would get the Samurai...and a 44Ram and QEV's, total cost about £70....later on, all you need is the Nexus Rex Dialler kit and a supercharger if it doesnt have one.

Ram and QEV's next...by the way, are you sure the STO needs re tapping? Have a look at Planets site, go to tech help, enter QEV in the search and i will bring up a list of suitable rams..I cant be arsed
