it wont effect them at all,

u have no need to worry what class u was, if u have played before in other tournies then u have nothing to worry about.

With the current system (which is kinda messed up) as long as you haven't registered with a specific league or series (ie. Millenium, NPPL etc...) you can play at whatever level you feel comfortable with.
