Right... new to the scene and need some kit before going out there!

Shopping list:
- Marker
- Compatible CO2 system
- Pots
- Mask
- Clothing
- I'm sure there's more

I've got quite a bit to spend (when I'm not spending nearly all my wages on suping up my car :x) so my budget over a few months could go as far as a couple of thousand if I really get into it.

I've been having a look at a few markers and searching them on Youtube to see what they're actually like. I've found the BT Delta Elite and it looks kind of impressive! The only thing I don't understand is... how do you look through the sight with a hopper in the way? Damn gravity :(

Obviously there are going to be different rules at different sites, as well as set rules for different games. Question is, will the Delta be too powerful?

Kit wise, I gave up camo a few years ago and my new job has got me into all-black stuff, so any suggestions welcome!

Only problem is, how do you fill up with CO2? Get a gas bottle at home and attach correct valves?

If anyone has got any ideas, let me know!
Cheers - TJ

Maybe your best option is to go out there before you buy all your gear? I know it sounds a little crazy but having a hands on feel for the many different markers, hoppers ect is a good place to start.
Also are you sure you want to use Co2? There are very good walkon sites around Kent that supply Air as well as Co2. Have a read up on Air Vs Co2.

As for filling Co2 or Air, you can go to your local site to fill up or fill up when you play at the site in question.

There is a Walkon at Warren Wood this Sunday (east side of M25) Players there use a wide range of equipment, from Milsim markers to 'Sup air' markers (Ego, DM Ect). This would be a great place to find out what kinda equipment you like and im sure you can pick up a TON of info.
Team GBH will be there along with Warren Wood Rangers so there will be plenty of people to talk to.

If your looking for more a woodball setup try www.ukscenario.com there are a few floating around on there.

You should be able to find a set of goggles and clothing on here though. Anything you have seen you like the look of?

Most sites will allow you to fill the CO2 there or use one of their bottles. Or you could use Air (which is cleaner)
