For goggles try on before you buy and look into a mirror. I4s are great goggles, but are no good for big heads like me - look into a mirror and I have a giant chin and bottom lip ready to be hit
Air cylinder choice depends on circumstances.
If the cash is available then a fibre wrapped 4500psi cylinder is recommended for the flexibiltiy of both 3000psi or 4500psi fills depending on availability, an average 4500 cylinder is bigger than an average 3000psi cylinder so you get a bit more air even at 3000psi, fibre wrapped cylinders are a little lighter (but balance is more important when on the marker and the weight difference is hardly noticable if on a remote line and on your back), with fibre wraps there is a greater range of choice with all shapes and sizes to 'fit' you
But if money is a finite resource you can buy 3000psi now at about £40 as opposed to about £150 for a fibre wrap, leaving over £100 in your pocket to spend on other equipment or paint & game fees. A 3000psi cylinder will work with your marker.
Aluminium cylinders give more value for money on initial purchase price and lifetime cost.
From new all cylinders have a maximum of 5 years use, then they require hydro testing which is probably in the region of £25 excluding postage to / from the test centre (save on post by finding someone you can hand it to & collect from)
Fibre wrapped cylinder have a maximum life of 15 years, which gives a lifetime cost of about £200 minimum (£150 purchase plus two tests)
Aluminium cylinders have no maximum life but to benefit from this would need testing. They are cheap enough to discard at the 5 year stage.
(Note certain small capacity aluminium cylinders are exempt from hydro testing so can last forever)
£200 divided by 15 = £13 per year
£40 divided by 5 = £8 per year
If you buy aluminium first and upgrade a little later then you have not necessarily wasted £40 as you have a spare, a loan bottle, or something to sell
If you buy fibre first then you have committed £150 of your funds straight away
