Newbie from London.

Hey guys,

quick intro - I'm D,from London.

I've been to a handful of paint ball day's and finally decided to bite the bullet and buy my own marker and attend walk on day's. A friend of mine use to go a while back and has got me in the bug.


I'm looking to buy a used marker, for now and will properly upgrade a few little bits until I attend enough days to get a TM7 or Invert mini (

they look looooovely!)

What gun would you suggest for a newbie to the sport? Any of you selling? I was looking at the tippmann 98 as they seem to be well known and very sturdy. If i did pick this up i'd get a flatline barrel and double trigger.

Hi mate, I'm from London also. I'd personally say save up and buy a mini from the forum. it was the first gun i got when i first got into paintball. i recently sold mine and upgraded to a geo 2.1 as i had the money. mini itself would be ideal trust me. dont go for an old model, the newer versions would be better suited i think.

Go to the classifieds and for sale, filter by date and im sure you'll find some for about £140. dont forget you defo need a mask, hopper and gas bottle.

i started will all cheap stuff and slowly upgraded every now and then as and when i had the cash.

best walk on for me personally would be Mayhem in essex. staff are very helpful and the site is second to none. get yourself down there and check it out.
