Hi Guys

I hope you are all well,

I was wondering if I could get some good advice from you all.

I am new to the game and have just started playing, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good headshield. Extreme Rage Thermal Full Headshield is the only one I can find.

I need something which would protect my ears when getting shot front or back, as I wear hearing aids and it makes it a bit more difficult,

I am not sure if I would get away wearing a Dye I4 and if there are any accessories which offer some extra protection?

Do you know it there is anything that would offer extra protection with the Dyes I4?

i would really know have you tried wearing a wooly hat?
might sound bit daft but would br suprised how much protection they can give especially if it one thats folded up at bottom

I4s are designed to be small and although they cover the ear from the front and side, like all masks (with the exception of full head shields) it is possible albeit rare that you gould be shot in the ear from behind. As suggested wearing a hat is a great way to protect your ears and head a lot more. Obviously thicker hats will offer a little more protection.

If your hearing aids are the design that come around the back of the ear and you cannot risk them being damaged then full headshield like those from extreme rage and JT would be best. I don't know much about hearing aids but if the aren't terribly expensive I'd just risk iwith an I4 or simillar and hat combo. Like i said its rare to be shot in the ear if the mask properly fits.

Second James' option there, wooly hat does wonders.
Plus you will have the soft ear protection.

One thing though, have you tried this mask on Shane ?

Does it cover your Hearing Aids well ?

Is it comfortable ?

If not try other masks.

Maybe a Proto Full Head mask with Thermal lens?
Heard they are pretty good.

Thanks for this Liam, Hearing Aids are insured so I am all good on that front thankfully. I guess I would have to be extremely unfortunate to be shot in the ear ! Maybe I'll just take the risk & try the combination yourself and James Kindly recommended.

I haven't tried any of these masks on yet, mainly because I am having a tough time finding a shop within London where I can find a try them on.

however I have tried on the AIRSOFT FULL FACE MASK which James kindly linked above. Was a comfortable fit and covered my hearing aids nicely.

Get there and try some on is the best advice you'll get in this business.
You pay for quality mate so don't skimp on the mask to save a few quid!!
