This one is for all of you lady ballers out there. I came across this brand of chest protectors a while back and now I've become an authorized dealer. These are the most comfortable chest protectors I've ever used. Way better and cooler than the old school umpire type. These things are so comfortable I even forget I have mine on sometimes. They are totally tournament legal.

paintball players because I have even taken several
bounces. :)"

The rules in the UK, although they encourage the use of female chest protection it may not give you as a player an unfair advantage.

So I guess you would not be allowed to use the above.

If checked;) .

Funny how the last couple of comments are from guys.... what were you boyz expecting to see on their website then? :D

Anyhoo, so long as the protectors are made from a hard material (like a cricket box) it would be ok wouldn't it?

They are made of a hard plastic. I've played NPPL, PSP and other series' and never had an issue. They are strictly for protection. I was just pointing out that you don't have to worry about every single ball that hits it breaking. That's the fear of a lot of women who play tournament ball. They are afraid it's going to affect their game. These don't. :)

They don't go anywhere near big enough for me - I've never seen a chest protector so far that allows for both a broad chest/back AND large boobs.
And McD you're right - big boobs DO tend to get more bounces than breaks. But it still hurts!

Liz, I've been hearing a lot of the same complaint. I've been talking to the company about making some larger ones. The problem is the company originally started making chest protectors for martial arts. There aren't many of us large chested women in martial arts. lol

I'll let you know if we get something bigger going. I wear a 36D and the XL work for me. But I wouldn't try much bigger than that for the XL.

And McD, they do promote bounce. But the thing is repeat trauma to the breasts can cause a lot more serious medical issues down the road. It's a pretty serious safety issue.
