NO I repeat NO bottles will be filled unless they are HSE approved and in test. If you have an out off date bottle and use it firstly it will not be filled and then if a marshal sees you using it (self filled) you will be awarded maximum penalty points. Then the marker will be excluded from play, Harsh but don't say you have not been warned. DOT bottles will not be filled by H-pac.
CO2 is supplied but bring your own scales

Weather as usual cold but at present the forecast is dry. Still wet on parts of the field.
