New to paintball

Hi, im new to paintball ive a good few times at rental sites. I have caught the paintball bug and i want to get into walkons and sup air tournaments.
I will be purchasing a Proto Pmr at the end of the month. I am from doncaster any ideas with teams to learn an gain experiance.

hi, in my opinion don't buy a marker just yet, this may be because if you find any local teams to you they may be sponsored, and not use protos but say angels or eclipses instead. I nearly bought a marker then got incontact with ym local team to find this and that if/when on the team i wouldnt really be able to use it if that makes sense? trying to help you avoid the same mistake i nearly did aswell, as im still new to paintball myself.

also try out some markers the pmr might not be your type of marker! so go to walk ons and try out peoples markers just ask NICELY! and they will probs let you unless their ****'s and arrogant selfish ****'s!

Yeh, try out some different markers and then decide dont just rush in like most people do

yep do check out dark warrior's team thread.
you may be able to find a local team.
and maybe have a look through the classified threads, you might find a much better gun for the same price.
