Ha ha, I saw that kin ugly thing at Campaign (mate pointed it out to me while I was looking over to the Tippmann Booth to see if they had one of those gold 98 Aniversary things) and thought, why?

Think the whole of Tippmann must have gone on a bender with some heavy mind bending gear :eek:

Looks, more like one of those gas barbeque lighters to me!

tbh, it looks like the 98 custom in a plastic casing. the bolt with cocking pin is in the same place where it is on 98.

looks really odd.

yeah i had a feel of one at CC. IMHO its feels the most rugged plastic cased marker iv ever held. strange consept, but it still feels reliable.

and yeah, it IS just a 98! i asked, but i think the guy said it comes with that new bolt system (A.T.C.) as standard. dont quote me on that though!

Dude, did they say who it was aimed at (marketing not shooting :)), is it punter sites, or what? Would have thought the case would be a pia when it comes to maintanance.

no they didnt. woould be good as a rental gun; easy to strip(using a scewdriver, not allen keys!!)
plus the ability to have different coulers, that i doubt would fade, would be good to distinguish teams! i like it. might get an e-grip version just for fun! oh, they'll apparently be available at walmarts. doubt they'll be in ASda though.


oh, and i did say not to QUOTE ME! and you did anyway! oh, the cheek of it...:mad:
