I am making a tournament team. I almost have ever body for my team. I need suggestions so we will succeed.

Dude just a short list of the essentials, may be of some use 2 u :-
Firstly you will need total player commitment from all ur players, if you can get this then thats the biggest hurdle dealt with.
Secondly money is a big issue also, p8ntball isnt the cheapest sport in the world admittedly so if u can organise a small account in which each player contributes to each month (only a very small amount) to help pay for gun parts, tournament fee's, travelling expanses etc... you'll b surprised, after a short while the money will add up and playing will become more frequent and cheaper.
Also being a u.k.p.s.f. member cuts the costs down at tourneys also.
Thirdly training, make it as regular as possible, so that when u r on the field, the team know how each other play and can trust one another...builds up a good bond and spirit.
Also one last thing, ur not alone in the sport, p8ntball is freindly and if u ask u will get help with advise and also parts and equipment....paintball planet are very helpfull to new(and old) teams its worth giving them a tinkle.
