When we announced our planet sponsership the thread got
locked and then scrubbed but you've obviously snuck under baco locos radar!

Baca , i have had loads of people saying WHY have you locked our Thread ?
As us britts really struggle to get sponsership , when we do get em we really want to start giving great feedback to our sponsers , all I did was cut and paste what planet had put on there website ? that wasnt cheeky sureley
What next stop us listing sponsers names in our sigs

There is an informal prohibition against self-congratulatory postings 'cus, frankly, it's really annoying and anytime you quote yourself in the third person that's kind of a red flag.
Feel free to pass the word.
And, if I were to have my way, I would put real restrictions on alot of the silliness that passes for sigs. But what would you expect as I am--

PS--I locked your thread so it wouldn't pile up with lots of "good on you" "way to go" nice one, guys" etc. (You see, the typical result of a self-congratulatory post is that others join in.) You should remember however that I didn't delete that thread until you requested I do so--so if your real interest had been in promoting your new sponsor instead of yourselves why request removal of the original post?
