Latest re-incarnation of the sound activated agitating loader...

And in black...

This is the new reloader 2.

The wings on the lid stick out just far enough that you can easily open them with a pod as you bring your hand up. Makes for easy reloading and quick reloading. The feed neck is angled up so you can keep your gun up and on target at the same time as easily filling it with a full pod of paint.

The battery door is held within the shell so it's easy to open and shut but never seperates to get lost or broken.

The feed neck is filleted and smoothened to be stronger. It's thicker and there are less areas for stress cracks to start. The plastics are also stronger and far more resilient to impacts.

The body shell is smooth so easy to clean, also because it is smooth it has less areas for stress cracks to appear. I impact tested one of these by throwing it 20ft into the air above concrete, multiple times. Left me with only a few scuff marks.

It's almost the same profile from the side as a rev, but narrower from the front, with a better shape to deflect incoming paint. It also holds more paint than the rev.

Any other questions? :D

Can't really complain too much about the original.

Except for maybe the weight.

Stronger design on the lid/mechanism.

Make the feed neck smaller, or adjustable with a sleeve or something? Out of the box it was wayyyy to big for my JD fly adjustable feed neck and still had to be sanded :)

Apart from those 'niggles' there the dogs danglers!! :)

I personally would like it to hold more balls. I have the dye locklids which hold 160 and i lose a lot more when reloading due to overfill..where as with an egg i lose virtually none. before anyone says it. I like the lock lids and i dont want to reload later as if i do it too late i get the bouncy bouncy ball in the feedneck.:D

Dave with a Fly you just need to use the yellow o-rings - fits like a charm unsanded ;)

The only thing I think needs attention is the drive cone tab needs re-enforcing. Oh and the battery door screw always seems to be a twat to get in and out (more of a shell issue than a Reloader B one though)

Apart from that I think it's superb already

1. Since it is force fed, I want it to be shorter, overall. There is room for several balls to drop, gravity style, after the drive cone has fed them through and there are no more in the hopper itself. The drive cone should ba very close to the "exit" of the hopper.

2. There should be hooks or channels or something for the wires to ride in. Currently, it is possible to pinch wires during re-assembly. Ideally, the wires should travel through the motor/ cone tray/ whatever takes the place of the blue thing in Halos. If the board plugged directly into the blue thing, then the only exposed wire would be battery wire, which could come out of the blue thing closer to where the batteries sit.

3. The battery door is too exposed to hits. Having the most delecate part of the door ( the plastic surrounding the bolt that holds it closed) in the very front is just crazy.

4. Capacity must be greater- The fact that you need to be so close to empty before reloading is a nuisance and a distraction. 30 some odd balls more than a standard pod is too narrow a margin when you are trying to concentrate on a paintball game.

5. A more vertically oriented lid- I love what you've done there with the new Reloader lid.

6. A more durable hinge for the lid. If you ever get shot as you ar reloading, it is done. Also, if it doesn't stay closed and you make an immediate move after loading, you risk that lid. I am talking about the plastic here, not the pin- which should be thick and commonly available.

7. Less brittle plastic. The old school Revy shells that were ever so slightly rubbery had the perfect modulus of elasticity. We need that stuff back.

8. Easier access to the feed neck from above. If you copuld run a pull-thropugh swab through the feedneck, you wouldn't need to take it apart very much, which would rule.

9. Fewer bolts to hold it all together. I love the bolt-nut combo. I want there to be fewer, so disassembly is faster.

10. Tool free battery changing. The revy door is still superior to any more recent design, except maybe the one you are using on the Reloader 2. That is hot.

I know I am forgetting things. I will remember other items that irritate me later. Thinking like a crybaby who tolerates no inconvenience is how I always critique my own design projects.:)

Actually they are all really good points, I'm sure they won't all be possible to incorporate but if you could - OH BABY! :)
