new pmr barrel

Hi,
Im looking for an upgrade from the satandard pmr barrel and somewhere to buy/someone to sell me one. i am also looking for an upgrade on the trigger in red. if you know of anyone with one could you pleasr tell me.
Also does anyone have any advice on the pmr cos ive only just got it!!

I'll tell you some advice i've picked up from when I was looking into them as well on saturday, but the main thing i've heard is - make sure you keep it REALLY well lubed. Apparently they require quite a significant amount of maintanace.
