I'm looking at buying a new gun and mask but we'll just start out with the mask for now. What one would anyone recomend? I am looking at either the Dye Vision, Raven Nuvis, or Jt Spectra. If you have any other suggestions they would all be welcome!

sounds like some nice choices...

Don't forget to look at the JT Proteus and the Vforce Shield... And if possible try them yellow lense things... You might like them!!

Get Off My Field! NOW!
The JT Proteous is to tight if you like freedom,
The Nuvis is just as tight, but smaller,
The Dye Invision yet again Tight to your face, bit looks good and is comfertable,
The JT Spectra is the best out the lot, (in my opinion) its comfortable, not attached to your face!! and you can now get the JT Pro Flex's just the same, but even softer!!

Your choice mate, but JT Pro Flex anyday!!

Personally didn't like the Flex 7's found them loose oround the sides :)

Love my Invisions but can't wear me glasses with them on as they hit the lens :)

Liked the Proteus but found that it left quite a bit of your chin exposed as they didn't come down far enough. I just stick with the Invisions cause they feel tight and comfortable. Only downside to them is taking a shot to the vents in the front, as paint will go in your mouth and up your nose :D

Best bet is to try them all on and see how they feel :)

ok my opinion

1 - dye invision, this is what i am currently using and they look the fookin nads, but they aint as comfy as : no fog

2 - proteus same fit nearly as an invision not quite as tight and a bit more protection. no fog

3 - flex 7 / pro flex, gret gog but i prefer the other 2, these masks have a larger profile than the other two but again nice and comfy. no fog

4 - vforce - sorry maybe its just me but they suck!!! leave well alone FOGGG

5 raven - never used em so cant really say

i used some vforce shield for the first time on sunday and ive gotta say they were great, nice and spacious inside (if a goggle can be spacious) and diddnt fog up once, very comfey arround the eyes too, my advice would be too try them all out and just pic the one you feel most comfatable in.

i'd have to go for JT Proflex or IZE

reasons,

soft masks (increase chance of bounces)

excellent vision

excellent venting (i very rarely have a problem, except on very muggy or rainy days)

Colours (blingy blinga)

Great for communication, excellent hearing and speaking

reasonably priced (in comparison)

have had proteous and in my opinion and experience did not live up to the claims and were big time overpriced.

Dye invisions, found the foam uncomfortable. hard mask no bounces there

no experience of the others, try them all and see which you find most comfortable
