New markers? x 4 (200 max per marker)

right we have 5 peeps in our team 4 of us got a set of 2nd hand orions perfect working order blah blah now we dont like them much already so in two weeks we are all going to buy new markers we have set the limit to 200 max per marker.

now we were going to all get the same marker we were thinking the ion but for 200 quid is there anything better ?? and should a back man get a differant marker to a front man maybe one that fires better for that position ?
