ok after a NASTY break in my halo and the amount of time it took to clean out ive decided its time for a change, it weighed more than my marker anyway!

obvious choice is an egg, they are nice and quick, lighter than a halo and with a bit of tinkering can be set up to intellifeed etc.... might be tempted to mod one to link to the warp output on my eblade to get max speed

other ideas

q-loader, new on the market looks good on paper but the only person i know who has seen one reckons they break easy, and this person generally knows what hes on about

warp, ok not the smallest thing in the world but fast and lowers your profile nicely

revvi, back to basics, they are fast enough that dynasty and other pros used them last year, and the eyes on my eblade should stop breaks right?

thoughts anyone?

Well I thought I'd have a go of my 12v revi again at the weekend and it was very slow after using a Halo...

I was running it on an A4 and whilst it did the job, I think they can be a little limiting nowadays...

I'm switching over to an Evo II for a bit, not as fast as the Halo but they never break paint in the feedneck and are really easy to strip and clean, plus every one else on the team is using them so we can pool parts. :)

The other great thing about the Evo is it's like a Hungry Hippo - I always had to get really low on the Halo before chucking another 140 pot in, with the Egg it laughs at 140 balls and has room for plenty more.

However, I still worry about them spinning around in my feedneck when I dive into bunkers... MMmmm....

Like the look of the Qloader but I'm going to wait a while and let everyone else beta test it before I lay down the cash...

yeah thats another good point a lot of my team are on the eggs now so pooling parts is an option....as for spining them round i got a clamping neck to stop that

what you think to intellifeed? would it speed up reponce/feed?

Nah, far to much arsing about for my liking. Y board ones ain't bad, get a Z board of Djmatt (trotter) if you want the extra speed.

I have the locking feedneck too, but on both the cocker (WGP gripper) and Angel I have had it spin when I have dived/slid into bunkers, usually first bunker in a game with a full hopper of paint, think the weight is sometimes just to much and it acts like a pivot point.

Think Matts got a proper clamping one where it is tightened with an allen key, best type.
