So here we go, another introduction. I've never been very good these.
My name's Joe, and I've been paintballing since may this year after one of the guys at work organised a weekend for us. I had an absolute riot at warped and asked the chap if I could join him again at some point (the chap already had his own gear)
So a couple of weeks later I went again, this time armed with my own mask and a borrowed dm14. Holly cow did that make a difference to playing, I could actually hit people now I had a marker that shot straight and a mask that didn't steam up on me half way through a round.
Anyway, after that day I was hooked and have been playing roughly every 2 weeks since. I've now got a marker set up and I'm rapidly learning how to maintain and look after it.
I've done a walk-on at warped and found it even better than a normal weekends paintball and I'm already booked in for the next walk-on at the end of October.
My other hobbies;
I've been flying and competing with RC helis for the last ten years, I'm not much good but it's never stopped me from having a go. Carp fishing when time allows. Amateur radio and electronics to top it off.
Now I've got paintball in with that lot my weekends are getting really busy.
Anyway, thanks for reading and here's to hoping it's a mild, paintball friendly winter
Many thanks,
Joe
Ps, the forum name is one I've used for years, it's from an old gaming forum and was used for my characters in online games.
