Hi mate....
Starter gear things you'll need.
Goggles
Marker (gun)
Hopper
Maybe air tank but that'll depend on the site you go to.
When it comes to buying gear it is quite easy to go for a cheap pair of goggles and spend extra on the gun. Bad idea. Whats the point of a good gun if you can't see what you're shooting. I recommend dye i3's, proto pro axis goggles or i4's.
Marker wise, this depends on a variety of things. Firstly, you need to decide whether you want to continue to play punter days (i am presuming you have been paintballing before) or just walk-ons. this is because, (site dependant) you may not be able to use electronic markers.
If it is walk on days you want to play, you need to decide what kind of paintball you want to play. Woodsball (well, in the woods really) or speedball/airball (this is paintball with inflatable bunkers, look it up on youtube.) If you want to play speedball you will need to look at electronic marker such as dye, proto's, planet eclipse etc. or if you want to play woodsball you may want to use a mechanical (tippmann's, Bt's, Inferno's etc).
Hopper wise, a great starter hopper is the proto primo at £11 i think, but for a little more, an electronic loader will perform much better.
Hope this helps and welcome to the forums.
