"NEW" Angel Speed question!!

With the new speed 05's arrivial, seems like a lot of people are selling "old" speed, a4 and a4 fly's to get the newest and best!! Angel.

Does anyone know if you can fit the new speed's trigger/frame onto the older models???

I liked the old speed, but hated the trigger. If you can just change the frame/trigger, and then get the eyes fitted, sounds like a cost effective way to get top performance.

So would it work????

gaz there is a post in speak ya brains, which refers to the phenomenon you refere to, except they have put new speed grip, with fly board in, and have put the eyes on, iam 99 % sure that is the crack, there is a proper web site that does it, so you get optimim performance and economy ! sounds too perfect to me lol

Just had a look at some 05 speed pics and they seem to have the "little wheels" to adjust the trigger, so think you might be able to fit the new frame onto an a4/a4 fly but not older speed's without cutting into the main body of the marker.

Anyone sure????

It looks to me, that the Speed 05 uses the newer A4 body. The trigger setup is definately wheels and pins, but you could substitute the pins on the trigger for grub screws to get the limit stops.
It would be possible, to use the new grip on the old speed, but you may have to get the new fore grip, as the grip looks longer at the front.

It will be cheaper to sell you existing Angel and buy the new one out right IMHO, it will also sell on better when you are done with it rather than a '*******' version made up of different ones. Just my feeling mind

Was just trying to save a few pounds, but looks like the cost of a second hand speed, new frame/trigger and then the eyes would not save you much on the price of a new speed 05.

Keep on saving the cash.........

Theres bloody loads of triggers to pick from mate, when i went to campaign i spotted a Joy division trigger and put it on my a4 now it rips just look around mate
