Hey, i have been paintballing a great many times as a punter but at my local activity centre (where i work) we are just starting to host paintball events.
Pretty much i want to get a pimp looking mask :D as im going to be a marshal, any advice on what to get for around £30. Was looking at full head masks like >>this<< but just wondering if there are any better ones. I guess comfort is the main thing but looking good would be great aswell
cheers

Thanks for that, were getting training sometime before it opens to the public. Not sure what that will entail but I assume its mainly safety procedures and maintenance of the guns

For £30 I recommend going 2nd hand and getting a pair of vforce profilers off here (usually about £25) or possibly some empire e-vents if you can stretch an extra tenner.

I've got one of the masks mentioned by Kirby and they are worth the money.

Some people prefer the lower profile masks but after a number of head hits which were barely felt I'm definately a fan of full head coverage! If you can afford one, go for it.

cheers for the responses, had a look on the for sale section so think 2nd hand is the way to go. Think im going t find one with a thermal lens if i can.

welcome to the forum JoNaH.

If your worried about head protection why not wear a cap or something aswell as the mask? Slightly more "pimp" than the full head masks.

definatly go for a thermal lens and if you can get a smoke or mirrored lens...they look sweet :)
