Need to get hold of JF21 Urgently

Ok need to get hold of JF21 Urgently , i purchased a tadao Mikka Hutton board of him a few weeks back tryed it for the first time yesterday @ super5s and it doesn't work..

I think he plays for the london tigers ?? i might be wrong but besides the point i need him to sort this problem out ASAP.
