try going to www.thenppl.com theyll probably have some rules....if not, go to your local store and ask them
As your in the UK...
You would be best reading up on the Millenium Series rules as UK tournaments will either use them or a version of them.
The rules are on the Millenium Series web site but I forget the correct address. It's something like www.millenium-series.com.
Some clever chappy on this forum can probably point you in the correct direction.
