For those of you that wear gloves, which ones do you wear and why did you choose those over the others currently available?

Thanks in advance.

Most tournie players opt to wear gaunlets (all fingers exposed but palm and wrist enclosed) or half-enclosed gloves (where only the index & middle finger are exposed). This allows greater freedom of movement for "walking the trigger". I personally wear fully enclosed gloves.

As to which brand to go for, it all comes down to personal preference and price. They all provide the functionality but there are varying designs and colours to suit one's aesthetic desires.

I went with 2010 full finger Valken ones (http://www.ansgear.com/Valken_Paintball_Gloves_s/1591.htm).

I usually just use a jersey with thumb holes to cover the back of my hands, but have a set of evil gloves to wear when playing snake - more to avoid buring my palms on Yorkie's astro. Chose them because they were VERY cheap...

how much help this will be is unknown ;)

but i have been using MX gloves, mainly as i had some :)

but they seem to be doing the job well, really thin, so dont sweat but protection in the right palces, knuckles, back of hand, palms and such.

I use a pair of Dye C5s which are full gloves, but i cut off the index and middle fingers. Purely because i like the look of them and like the freedom when walking the trigger. will invest in some gauntlets when i have the money though

forarm gaurds that also protect the palm and back of the hands and then a jersey with a thumb hole. can leave your nuckles a bit exposed but it makes you learn to snap quicker so you dont get shot

My jersey has a sleved section which protects my palm which is the primary reason I wear hand protection.

Gauntlet gloves are my go to gloves when I'm training though, they offer a much more tactile feel that full finger gloves don't.

Currently rocking eclipse gauntlets, they've always made value for money gloves in my mind :)
