Ive only recently heard about them myselves but basicly its replaces your mechanical valve to an electronic one

I think its main purpose is efficiency - you wanna PM The Skeet to clariy what ive said is right

"pssst he's probably also the man to speak to about getting one"

I've got the threaded lower part of my cocker body but it didn't come with and IVG or whatever that is and atm I just have the regular velocity adjuster screwed in the the screw holding on the beaver tail. What is an IVG and where can I get one?

i think you probably will have one, im not sure exactly what it is, but i think is what holds the valve in, the velocity adjuster at the back you are talking about is a rex dialer if im not mistaken. what age is the body???

do you think that this could be installed in a turtle bodied cocker, and 100 cps that is fooking quick, i want one. Does it stop the back block from moving, or what. I realy dont understand it

OK...yes, in a Turtle...best place for it!

Replace4s everything in the lower tube, all the heavy clunky moving springy bits.

So...all the ram needs to do..is move the bolt back and forward...which takes sod all pressure to do...so your lpr, can put out 40psi and should work great...the lighter the pump arm/back block and bolt/pin is...the btter...bung some of the Slik products on there (only have one full kit at the moment) and it will be even lighter...it meabs the gun will hardly move when fired, which means it wont bounce...even with silly trigger settings.

The IVG, is the nut used to adjust velocity on a standard cocker...some peoplew replace it with a rex kit...but the threads are all you need, with the IVG, to hold the valve in.

Also...the cocking rod, no longer moves, so slap that against your goggles and have fun! Its only there to help stablise the back block, and is supplied with the valve.
