Need Help !!!

OK, I know this is off topic but since I'm a moderator, I thought, 'what the heck', I am trying to nail down a piece of clasical music that was used in a Kleenex ad (and a few other places besides) a few years back.
It sounds like Puccini (probably way off base, it's not opera though, well no singing in it) and the ad was of an italian looking family with the mother crying and her son bringing her some Kleenex tissues.
The music was the backdrop to this ad.
So if any of you guys or gals can help out, I would really appreciate as my head's gonna burst trying to find it on the net.

I'm not sure if this counts as a sign of a mis-spent youth on this forum, but the piece you are looking for is by an Italian named MASCAGNI. It's the Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana. Can do you a nice MIDI version, but it's quite widely available on CD. Nice romantic piece - so it's not just birthday presents then?! Sounds like Mrs.R's having a good influence!

I have just downloaded the MP3 from Kaaza and listened to it again and again and again............my soul is now at ease…….
I doubt very much whether your acquaintance with this work is a sign of a misspent youth, much the opposite I would think.
Better that than listening to that gangster rap (that's rap with a silent 'C') or any of that other ****e that masquerades as music and proliferates the charts at the moment.
Anyway, I digress, a big thank you, I am in your debt !!

Apparently, Fat Boy Slim Shady and Dr. Andrex are working on a remix of the above as we speak. No doubt that with a bit of reverse gated bass beat and a tunnelled hi hat (technical gibberish) they'll be a sure fire bet for a Christmas No.1!
