need help

this is a thread asking all the experianced players for some advise.basically i want to open a new paintball field.not now,its probably not going to happen,its in a hyperthetical sence (i think i spelled that right)
what i would want in this site would be the basics,base camp a decent sized field guns etc,what i need to know is how much you would need to get a site up on its feet and rolling.
i was thinking around this kinda price for everything
guns:automags(stock,oldish ones) how many would i need?cost?
space:woodland fields and maby a few open fields,cost?
licence/insurance:i have no idear the prices on these so if anyone knows that would help
the whole thing:i was thinking of arounf £50'000-£100,000(am i way out?)
the place would also need to be fit to hold a few torny's there

if anyone knows anything about setting up a place let me know,you never know you might see a new paintball place open and me behing the desk

a lot of place will give you a deal if you buy a lot of rental class guns m98 or inferno's or something like that
