need help wit bottles

do a search or flick thru the Techroom, theres shed loads of info in there, this topic comes up about once a week 
Henry - I talked about this at length to loads of people at the last Academy, try listening sometimes! In summary:
HSE - good, legal
DOT - bad, illegal
Tested in last 3 years - good, legal
Not tested in last 3 years - bad, illegal

In addition most bottles have a life of 15 years.. after that they will have to be replaced... if not before
Probably too much info for Henry here NickP - he can only just about absorb the amount of data in my post in one go. I was going to give him the rest of the info at the next Academy, where I can sit him down & beat it into him if I have to.
would that involve the use of a straight shot???

I think we all recognise that Henry can only cope with one technical subject per month, so I'd rather stick to a legal/safety topic.
Physics - you realise I never passed any exams beyond O level while I was at school, & that was sooooo long ago now I'm surprised I can remember any of it at all. But it's only common sense & logic most of it anyway.
