NEED HELP ON WHAT REG TO GET FOR CS1

I’ve been told that I need to get a good reg for the cs1 as my bottle has a standard reg on it . Is it worth just selling my bottle and getting another one with reg fitted and also how do you make the reg only supply 400psi as I have been told I need to make it below that if not it will constantly blow o-rings

The CS1 says it can handle 250 > 550psi from the reg, a lot of regulators will put out around 450 no problem.

@ant290 is right, we need a photo of the reg on your tank to answer your question.

You may need to get an LP reg, but 400psi is too low - you will get dropoff like crazy.
